The experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Portsmouth was fantastic because this was the first time that I had brought the car and Matt & Dan made the whole process very simple. Living some 300 miles away I didn't really want to travel all that way to look at the car ( I had previously test driven one locally). I was sent photos of the car and the service & warranty was clearly explained. Matt & Dan kept in contact throughout the buying process and arrange for the vehicle to be transported to my home. If I had a gripe it would be that I don't think the car was veleted before leaving Portsmouth. Other than that everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my purchase
