My experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Portsmouth could have been better because their communications were poor and not followed up. They went back on their word and didn’t provide sufficient information or details. Overall just a very poor experience that leaves me not wishing to buy a car again

Hendy Renault Dacia Portsmouth were great because the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Harvey explained everything and kept us updated and made sure everything was in the car before it was handed over to us

I would not recommend Hendy Renault Dacia Portsmouth because the vehicle was not cleaned to a high standard, it was not fully charged though I was told it had been. There was no V5 and I am still waiting to be contacted about this two weeks later.

I had a great experience at Hendy Renault Dacia Portsmouth because Mike listened to my requirements and then matched them to a suitable car. The fact the car was second hand did not matter in the least, Mike was patient, explained everything to me, advised in writing the part exchange valuation for my car and made everything very easy. He is an asset to your company
